Harry Morton’s article How Podcasting Can Help You Win More Customers makes several compelling observations. One that stood out to me was:
“Your strongest asset is your existing customers. They spend up to 67% more money, cost less to sell to and will promote your business to colleagues, friends and family. But are you engaging them in the right way?”
It’s no surprise, I love podcasting. If you’ve been listening for any amount of time, you know producing podcasts is our specialty at my company, Come Alive Creative. That fact aside, I love podcasting because audio is one of the most intimate ways to connect with someone. Your listener is literally choosing to have your voice in their earbuds on a regular basis. For me, it’s way more meaningful than a blog post.
