What is unique about your business?
In Gino Wickman’s book “Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business,” he highlights four elements of a marketing strategy:
- Target Market
- 3 Uniques
- Proven Process
- Your Guarantee
Today, I want to focus on the three uniques. These are your differentiators, your stand-out-from-the-crowd qualities. Identifying each of these can be difficult because very rarely are you the only one who brings that certain thing to the table. BUT… the magic happens when you put all three together. Together, those three uniques should make a concoction exclusive to your business.
