SEMrush recently released a study titled, “The Anatomy of Top Performing Articles: Successful vs. Invisible Content” and it has some interesting findings.
In their report, they found that 36% of articles with H2+H3 tags have higher performance in terms of traffic, shares, and backlinks.
This one makes me happy. My formal background is teaching English (reading and writing) and there is nothing like a well organized paper. Plus, our readers need easy ways to reference and come back to articles as their average length grows.
