When was the last time you intentionally looked at the same thing differently?
We have a running joke in my family is we play Enya (the Irish singer/songwriter) in the car and watch how everyday things change into beautiful National Geographic landscapes. Suddenly rain on the windshield or birds flying in unison become inspiring scenes, simply because of a change in background music.
It’s a silly example but I do think it’s telling.
Curiosity and being able to change your lens is so important as a marketer.
Next time you’re in a rut with an idea, turn on some Enya and try to look at the problem differently.
