While I was at Podcast Movement, the USA’s largest podcasting conference, I noticed several themes that stood out during the various talks I attended. One of my favorites?
Business is human.
Whether you’re working on conversion copy or SEO, remember that on the other end of your work is another human. People matter. Relationships matter. Make sure your work and marketing reflect that. That is how you create a connection.
